The price includes the following services:

• Breakfast buffet,
• bed linen, towels,
• Wi-Fi throughout the hotel,
• parking space,
• use of garden furniture and sunbeds and conservatory,
• use of a private beach area (about 1000 m from the hotel),
• dog-friendly services (e.g. free dog kennel in the garden) - if you want to bring your dog, then please inform us about this at least 2 weeks prior the arrival.

The price does not include (paid in cash or by credit card on the spot):

• Tourist tax over 16 years,
• beverage consumption in the restaurant.
