Stir the soft butter with the powdered sugar and the whole egg. Mix the dry ingredients and add to the butter mixture. Stir until smooth and place it with a spoon on clingfilm. With the help of the clingfilm we roll a 4cm diameter roll and put it in the fridge overnight.
The next day, thin slices are cut from the rod, and placed it in a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Preheat the oven and bake the biscuit at 200 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
The finished biscuits are rolled into lavender powdered sugar and after cooling, can be placed into a box.p>
A bottle of 1/4 parts of dried crushed lavender is filled with 3/4 parts of powdered sugar and it mixed together. Even after 1-2 days of standing, it pick up its flavour.
Cut the blueberries into small pieces, mix the ingredients and leave to stand for 10 minutes. (We can eat it right away, but it won't feel so much lavender).
Prepare the chicken stock. Heat olive oil and butter in a frying pan. Sprinkle with chopped onions and celeriac. Simmer on low heat until soft.
Add the rice, dried tomatoes, olives, spice mixture, pepper and mix it. When the butter mixture is involved with the rice grains, than it topped with wine.
After this rice has been sucked in, we start to add the chicken stock per serving, stirring constantly. Allow time for the soup to absorb before adding the next teaspoon.
When done, I remove it from the heat and mix the butter and parmesan. I'll leave it for a few minutes and then serve it.
To get the most out of lavender, you will not need to sprinkle the dough smoothly, especially in small amounts, but it need to be pre-treated. For this, 3 tbsp. sugar and 5 tbsp. boil water (this became the sugar syrup), then add 10 of the chopped fresh lavender. When using dried lavender, 1-2 tbsp is enough, but then filter the lavender before use. So we put the lavender in the sugar syrup and let it stand for 30 minutes. If we have lavender essence at home (lavender soaked in alcohol), we can add it with a spoon.
The ingredients are blended in the above order with a food processor to give a sufficiently soft dough.
The mold is smoothed into buttered silicone form. Then sprinkle the noodles with the pitted cherries (just enough not to overlap each other, because it will release a lot of juice and increase the baking time).
Then the dough is sprinkled with lavender sugar syrup and sprinkled with a little crumbled lavender.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 25 minutes (no air mixing).
